We've collaborated with free style hops to showcase one of their new experimental hop varieties, paradisi bred from pacific jade and nz male hops, paradisi promises exciting white grapefruit and mixed tropical aromas with huge intense flavours. To extract as much flavour as possbile while still making a juice easy drinking beer we went for a sessionable pale.
