Using Galaxy in the kettle for minimal bitterness then double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Enigma for strong white wine and juicy fruits aroma backed up with flavours of passion fruit, white wine, fresh gooseberries and red currants. Soft, light, easy, deep in flavour and slightly transcending.
