Firal is an experiment with a new brewing technique to increase the thickness and sweetness of an IPA and removing harsh bitterness. Also using a new hop trial, HBC 586 has a large medley of flavours including mango, guava and lychee. We added Galaxy and Citra in the dry hop to add some soft peach and pineapple notes.
