The Cape is a Belgian Pale brewed in collaboration with North Wales–based Black Cloak Brewing. It opens with vibrant fruity esters from the Belgian yeast, bringing notes of ripe pear and soft stone fruit. Hopped with Strata, it gives layers of passionfruit and fresh citrus, supported by creamy coconut and subtle tropical notes from Sabro. A dry hop of Citra and Galaxy amplifies the fruit-forward profile with bursts of grapefruit, peach and juicy mango.
