In collaboration with the Young Members of the Institute Of Brewing, this Irish Stout was a follow up brew to an annual Study Tour, which this year took place in Ireland. Brewed to a traditional Irish style recipe, with roasted barley, chocolate malt and flaked barley providing notes of espresso, rich chocolate with a rounded finish.
