Brewed in memory of the dissolution of Kirkstall Abbey by Henry VIII in 1539AD, and the disbanding of the Abbey’s Cistercian order. This is a classic Indie Pale Ale, with a resolute hoppy kick and a lasting citrus finish.
With an American amber malt profile that adds smooth caramel notes, balancing against the use of Chinook, Columbus, Centennial and Eureka! hops.
