With a Citrusy and grapefruit taste provided by the high alpha acid southern hemisphere hops, brewed with the hop Pacific Jade it delivers a herbal infusion of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper giving a pleasing soft bitterness, Rye malt is used which allows a spicy taste leaving a fruity, full bodied ale with a subtle dry finish.
