We start with our own fresh pressed English cider, then layer in spices sourced from Fox's Spices, our long-standing local supplier known for working with some of the country's leading chefs and producers. Coriander, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, caraway, cloves, allspice and cardamom are combined with rich muscovado sugar to create a naturally rounded, gently warming mulled cider. Carefully balanced, full of character, and perfect for the colder months.
