Grey Trees Chinookan (Cask)

This beer is a very pale ale, we have used a single hop variety called Chinook this gives distinct, medium intensity spice and pine characteristics with subtle notes of grapefruit.

The subtle, fruity, grapefruit notes of this fine pale ale go well with cheese, white fish, and fowl, while its delicate spiciness suits dishes with a similar aromatic quality, such as curry, spiced soup and fragrant meats.

Straw coloured with a hoppy finish, distinct spice and pine characteristics with subtle notes of grapefruit.
