Simply made with Blossom honey and water, tastes a bit like a pear cider but with floral notes that you'd usually find in Prosecco or Champagne. Gosnells removes all the sweetness from the honey and replaces it with alcohol - what you're left with is the flavour of the flowers the bees flew into!
