We were lucky enough to recently host Crosby hops from Oregon. During their visit we tried some fantastic hops, and couldn't wait to get using some of them. So we brewed up a light but juicy pale and decided to use Comet. We're getting big stone fruit on the nose with a tropical backbone. We've paired it with Mosaic to bring out those peachy fruit salad flavours and a big helping of mango.
