On Our Doorstep has been brewed in collaboration with our wonderful neighbours 'The Rewilding' to highlight foraged ingredients from the Lancashire coast on our doorstep. Samphire, Sea purslane, and Sea Aster were foraged from the land of our other brilliant neighbours at Bank End Farm, home of Salt Marsh Lamb, and were added throughout the brewing process for optimal infusion. A refreshing sour wheat beer with a subtle briny finish. Pairs well with wonderful neighbours
