We've had our pals from State of Kind over for the day to brew a sessionable New England IPA with citrus and ripe tropical fruit flavours from Wakatu, Superdelic and Rakau Subzero Hopkief. Lallemand's Pomona yeast produces a unique juicy flavour profile - peach, ripe mango and citrus. Pairs well with Uncle Stu’s setlist.
