Elvington Brewery uses it's advanced brewing technology, special water treatment and extensive maturation periods to make only lagers of distinction. Just like the award winning Mittel Pils, this sessionable lager is made also with only the finest German malt and hops in accordance with the 1516 German purity law. Weyerman special malts and a Germanic water profile create an easy drinking 3.8% lager with beautiful combination of sweetness and bitterness. Mittel Lager is also highly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh to provide a delicate aroma and hints of lemon.
