We returned to our house Pale style for this bright and vibrant Pale Ale. We used Simcoe and Chinook hot side before dry hopping with some Columbus and a bit of Nectaron. It’s got a nice piney top note with citrus undertones and is one you’ll struggle to not order a second of!
