This one is all about sessionability without skimping on the full-bodied flavour. We ramped up the mash temp to maintain a big, satisfying mouthfeel and went all-in on the dry hop with 50% HBC630—a YCH experimental hop that packs a lush, fruity character. We've only brewed with HBC630 once before, and it gave us killer results, so this was the perfect excuse to dive back in and showcase it again.
