Brewed in collaboration with Crosby Hops and Loughran Brewers Select this DIPA is our first use of Crosby's new hop product CGX™. This is a very exciting new hop product where the lupulin and aromatic oils are enriched during the cryogenic pelletising process to give brewers and customers maximum true to type aroma and flavour delivery. We used Eldorado and Idaho-7 CGX™ hops as well as some Azacca for loads of fresh ripe fruit. The first hit is of papaya, lime and black wine gums, the mid palette is sticky mango with lots of white peach, the finish is gentle with a long sweetness and a little citrus lift.
