Description:

This is an English Porter brewed with many different chocolate and biscuit malts. Smooth chocolate and deep caramel flavour lead to a sweet body with red berry aroma from Bramling Cross hops. The cask version of Hokum is same recipe, however this version undergoes a week of refermentation in cask to get the authentic experience of small tight bubbles and a mellowing of the roast character.
