Aiming hard for that signature surprising sessionability, we swapped out the usual suspects for some of the finest roasted wheat we could get or hands on, giving the usual rich bonfire toffee and we'll done toast vibes but with an added slight chewiness and good old head retention Like all good dark beers this little scamp fermented very aggressively, also a green flag of a healthy happy yeast culture. Giving a stout body with a surprising dry finish leaving you wanting some more.
