I want to be STEREOTYPED/CLASSIFIED: both beers made with the exact same malt bill, mash temp, boil time, hop additions and yeast strain. Difference being water chemistry and timings/ methods of the hop additions. Stereotyped- chloride-sulphate ratio 2:1 and Dip hopped aroma addition Classified- chloride- sulphate ratio 1:2 and whirlpool hopped aroma addition Two same recipes. Two completely different beers
