We have always wanted to produce a Dark Mild on cask and our 5th birthday gave us the opportunity to do so. So it was a no brainer to team up with Marc from Linear Brewing to put together this superbly refreshing beer. Using heritage malt as part of the base and a combination of East Kent Goldings, Fuggles and Ernest for the hops, we have created a lovely beer with earthy and floral tones. Notes of toffee, roasted malts and light spice throughout.
