When we moved to Rochdale we couldn’twait to knock on our neighbour’s door andget brewing together. Sharing a passion of pushing what we can do with cask beer, we decided to go a little left field on this one. This is a rustic grisette so expect a base of flaked wheat and barley with a tart (not quite sour but tart) crisp base intertwined with juicy blackberries. P.S. we will be racking an exclusive few into wooden casks.
