We love a good piney West Coast Pale Ale and so we've gone and created a new beer to celebrate the bitter side of modern pales. Sunshine and Flowers v2 is a 5% solid WCP in the traditional style; golden in hue, floral on the nose and bitter on the pallet, with lots of satisfying flavours of passion fruit, pineapple, refreshing pine from the hot and cold side hop additions of Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. The beer has lovely malt notes boosted with a touch of melanoidin.
