Ribbons of Distinction is our new rotational single-hop session pale ale series; always hazy, very juicy and delightfully simple.. We use a wheat heavy grist and Maris Otter for a good bready malt backbone, then ferment with a lovely English ale yeast. Ribbons is the little sibling of our All Clouds are Silver range and you will be seeing this beer in its different guises released once a month, every month.
