One O'Clock Pale was originally brewed to celebrate the opening of the One O'Clock Gun pub in the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool. To celebrate the opening, we got together with the One o'Clock Gun team to brew an exclusive beer. This hazy pale ale is super juicy, brewed with pale malt, wheat and oats and fermented with our house pale yeast. We added Citra and Amarillo to the whirlpool then dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Sabro to create a juicy, slightly sweet pale full of tropical fruit, coconut, lime and papaya flavours with a soft, lightly carbonated body. A beer develop with a true spirit of collaboration, which can be enjoyed at one o'clock in the morning or one o'oclock in the afternoon.
