Rob Topham our production director reunites with George from St Austell, we've brewed this beer with Cornish Gold Malt and shared love of English Hops. We've paired Target and Jester, with a lift of Chinook, to create a profile of pine, zesty citrus and grapefruit. All carried by a clean, light body that refreshes the palate like a cold-water plunge.
