Heading back into the northern valleys, we're dreaming of a pub garden with a no-frills, straight down the line all-British cask IPA. Brewed to drink and repeat, expect a buttery biscuit base with 95% Maris Otter malt bill setting the standard. British hops Fuggles, East Kent Goldings and Target add a subtle floral, sage and citrus zing. IPA with a touch class, if that class means drinking 4 pints in a beer garden.
