Bristol Beer Factory Well Above See Level (Keg)

This beer is all about a beautiful citrus hop flavour from Citra and Amarillo and a soft milky texture from use of a good amount of lactose. The lactose brings sweetness, as does the Vienna Malt, both of which are brought into balance by strong bitterness from the late addition hops. Oats bring further body and the beer has a lovely dry finish from full attenuation of the yeast. The final touch is some torrified wheat to add to the lactose milky texture with a soft white head and head retention down the pint. We are excited about this one!
