We've gone all berry on this sour, combining the fresh, tart and slightly floral flavours of Gooseberry with the lesser known Tayberry, a cross between a Raspberry and Blackberry. Made with our house lactobacillus culture, expect it to be tart, expect it to be sour and, well, expect it to be berry-like.
