Blackjack Brewing Co. Frambroise Beret (Keg)

A refreshing wheat beer backbone provides the rhythm section for the star of the show, the humble raspberry! Rightfully taking their place, full on centre stage here. Using Wit Yeast at low temperatures to keep the yeast character in check, we then added copious amounts of raspberry puree to give a pronounced raspberry aroma and flavour.
This beer is perfect for sipping in the sunshine...
