This is the beer that most of us at the brewery cut out teeth to during ‘craft beers’ big rise over a decade (or two) ago & we all remember that first time fruity, citrus hit & - what at the time seemed - huge resin punch and bracing clash of bitterness. Overall we owe a lot to that beer and wanted to create our own here. In the UK however, we’re all about the cask and that’s where ours lands. This is all about balance & clarity!
