For this collaboration we invited Glasshouse Brewery, who will be brewing with us for a third time, along with Loughran Brewers Select and Crosby Hops. We've been using the great hop products from Crosby for a while now and we've been totally impressed with the quality, flavour and aroma from their varieties. So for this beer it made total sense to lean heavily into hop territory with a big, juicy New England style IPA. We focused on Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops for this brew, conjuring up big flavours of freshly squeezed orange juice, slight weedy dankness and big stone fruit juiciness. Fermented with London Fog yeast for some fruity esters and Heidelburg malt for a great canary yellow colour.
