A 4.2% American Pale Ale. This beer was inspired by a series of live recordings from some of my favourite bands during Covid where the bands would play live sets in the Mojave Desert. Big amps, perfect riffs and no crowds. All set with the background of the beautiful desert while the sun set and the liquid light show kicked in. A host of classic American C hops create a dry, crisp, smashable pale. Spritzy citrus, freshly cut grass and a slice of resinous pine all collide for delicious drinkability.
