For our first Birthday Beer, we've teamed up with our great friends at Kraftwerks. We added Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops in multiple additions in the copper to build layers of bitterness and resinous depth. We then conditioned on Amarillo T90 and Chinook CGX for that extra kick of orange peel and citrus to balance the malt sweetness.
