Our March brewery collaboration sees us team up with a brewery that needs no introduction. Cloudwater are absolute titans in the British brewing scene, so for this recipe, we took inspiration from a truly historical style and made Gentleman's Agreement, a 5.8% Ruby Mild.
This English hopped, ruby red mild sees red beery flavours of cherry and strawberry combine with more spicy, earthy notes to form a complex, full flavoured beer. However the key to this beer comes from co-pitching JW Lees yeast, which Cloudwater have used extensively at their brewery, with Hardy and Hansons yeast, which our Head Brewer Danny has used extensively while working for Castle Rock Brewery , who use this strain to this day. A seriously interesting beer which we hope you'll enjoy as much in drinking it as we have in brewing it!
