Cornerstone Pizza have been slinging their incredible pizzas at our Taproom for years, becoming a firm favourite with our staff and customers alike! For this beer we decided to court controversy and celebrate one of our favourite pizzas, The Hawaiian. This delicious pineapple sour has 72kg of pineapple concentrate for that classic tropical zing. We also fortified this beer with 100kg of Scottish honey to balance the beer off with some extra sweetness and aroma. With a hum of chilli, this beer is a real cracker and surprising more-ish for 7.2%!
