An English Bitter brewed specifically for our pub The Cap in Harleston, Norfolk. A blend of crystal malts create a classic base whilst the hops are predominantly the more modern UK variety Ernest with its apricot, citrus & spice notes. This is our take on the classic style combining tradition with our modern methods.
