A collaboration mild between ourselves & local roasters Etude Coffee using their Ethiopia Guji roast. A blend of Crystal Dark & DRC malt with a dose of ground coffee to the whirlpool & a second charge of whole beans to the fermenter gives layers of plum, raisins, blackcurrant jam & cinder toffee flavours.
