The Gambler, our new beer in the Eagle series, is an Amber ale with a malt base of Maris Otter, Light Munich, Amber, Dark Crystal, and a touch of Rye. Hopped in Kettle with Eureka! and Summit, giving deep toffee and caramel notes balanced with light spice from Rye and pithy Orange and dank notes from the hops.
