Based on our award winning London Dry Gin, it is then blended with a host of carefully selected summery ingredients including infusions of Earl Grey tea, Lemon Verbena and Cucumber. Aromatic yet surprisingly dry, it's crying out for lemonade and fruit.
The Nose:
Rich orange, fresh cucumber and delicate tea notes on the nose.
The Palate:
The bold juniper and zesty citrus notes of the gin are complimented by aromatic spices and hints of cherry.
The Finish:
A long, intricate and complex, flavourful yet refreshingly dry finish.
